Impression Instructions

When placing your order, you will receive detailed instructions for taking impressions. Please follow these instructions carefully. Due to the specialized nature of our products and services, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for incorrectly made impressions.

Confirmation Email

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping address for returning the impressions, whether they were taken by a certified dental technician or by yourself.

Shipping Details

When sending back the completed impression kit, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and final, as changes cannot be made after submission. The return address will match the original shipping address of the kit.
